Arrest Made in Connection In Fatal Woodland Park Crash
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Woodland Park Police Chief Anthony J. Galietti announced that Francisco Alberto Almonte, 29, of Tompkins Cove, N.Y., was charged with death by auto, a second degree offense, and driving under the influence, a motor vehicle summons.
