Albuquerque police say the pedestrian who died has been positively identified as 28-year-old Brendan McClure.

Deputy who struck, killed college student has crashed unit twice

Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputy Leroy Chavez hit and killed Brendan McClure on June 4th. Deputy Chavez was involved in two on-duty crashes in 2016.
