Police identify suspect in Bernalillo hit-and-run

According to his brother Adelbert the vicitim suffered broken ribs, a punctured lung, a fractured pelvis and had internal bleeding.

Jacob McFarland faces charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, leaving the scene of an accident with great bodily harm, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and criminal damage to property.

Albert Quiver, 32, was in critical condition after a hit-and-run by a man driving a truck on Interstate 25 in Bernalillo, New Mexico.  The victim was driving on Interstate 25 when a man in a truck began to tailgate him and other vehicles. Quiver ended up pulling into a nearby parking lot along Highway 550 and got out of his van. The other vehicle then alledgedly struck Quiver and drove away. According to his brother Adelbert the vicitim suffered broken ribs, a punctured lung, a fractured pelvis and had internal bleeding.
