The officer was traveling to assist a Valencia County Sheriff’s Deputy when he tried to pass Arthur on a two-lane road, according to NMSP.
Robin Arthur, 69, was turning into his driveway, and that’s when the officer hit the driver’s side of Arthur’s vehicle.
