Man charged with DWI after crash into Batavia home causes gas leak
Genesee County Sheriff's deputies said 23-year-old Joshua McGuire lost control of the car, ran into a utility pole, knocked out power and then hit the house.
No one inside of the home was hurt; however, McGuire did suffer minor injuries.
