Alyssa M. Eggert, 23, Joanna L. Felvus, 52, injured, both transported to hospital, after their vehicles collide head-on at the intersection of South Transit Road and Robinson Road in Lockport.

Two drivers were injured in a Wednesday morning crash at South Transit and Robinson Roads, in Lockport.

New York State Police say 52-year-old Joanna L. Felvus, of Newfane, was headed southbound on South Transit Road when her vehicle struck another vehicle head on. In that car, 23-year-old Alyssa M. Eggert, of Alden, was waiting to make a left turn onto Robinson Road.

A Rural Metro Ambulance transported Felvus to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A private vehicle took Eggert to the same hospital.

Police are investigating the crash, and have not reported any charges.
