Three-year-old child dies when struck by vehicle on Parsells Avenue in Rochester, New York

Police and ambulance crews responded to Parsells Avenue near Stout Street around 5:20 p.m. for reports of the incident.
The child, a three-year-old, was rushed to the hospital but later pronounced dead. Neighbors tell News10NBC the boy lives on Parsells.
