Lowman woman killed in Schuyler crash
Vincent E. Cooper, 82, of Lowman, was northbound on Route 16 when his vehicle crossed the southbound lane, left the roadway and struck a telephone pole, deputies said. The passenger of the vehicle, Esther I. Cooper, 81, also of Lowman, was transported to Schuyler Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
