Deputies responded shortly after midnight to the crash, which took place on the Exit 54 ramp to state Route 13 North.

Luciano M. Servetto, 19, of Ithaca, a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the sheriff's office criminal investigation division. He was a graduate of Lehman Alternative Community School, a public school in the Ithaca City School District.
