How terrible. Now I know not to stay in my car that has become disabled
The interesting part of this a tow truck was on the scene
To change her tire, I know the area I'm guessing both the driver & tow truck driver thought it was safe to remaininthecar

It is much safer to remain in your vehicle! The tow truck should have been parked behind her car to protect her - but he may have been ready to hook her up to tow so he had to be in front. Regardless, stay in your vehicle but be aware of what's coming down the road - flashing lights draw in drunks like moths
