Pedestrian dies after dollar van hit-and-run in Brooklyn
Police believe the dollar van is a Ford Omnibus. A grainy image was obtained of the vehicle from near the scene, police said.
Police locate illegal dollar van possibly involved in fatal hit-and-run on Flatbush Avenue in Marine Park
The driver is believed to be a Haitian immigrant who allegedly drove the illegal "dollar van" without a license, sources said.
