22-Year-Old Man Killed in Crash on Southern State
MALVERNE, NY - A 22-year-old man was killed in a two-car crash on the Southern State Parkway early Sunday, police said. According to State Police, the accident occurred on the eastbound Southern State, west of Exit 17, in Malverne at about 3:41 am.

Prosecutors have alleged Jonathan Sobrane, 37, was drinking alcohol in the vehicle and also driving while impaired by drugs. The April 17 crash on the Southern State Parkway killed Vito Errico, 22, of Oceanside.
