Kenneth M. Cleveland, 57, of Sparta was traveling northbound on Route 256 and failed to negotiate the turn onto Reeds Corners Road in Sparta, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies arrived on scene around 12:20 a.m. to find Cleveland deceased on the shoulder of the road.
