Police: Man struck, killed while crossing central NY road
Troopers say a 47-year-old woman from Red Creek was driving east on state Route 3 in the Oswego County town of Hannibal around 9 p.m. Saturday when she hit a person who was crossing the road a half mile west of county Route 7.
