It appears the truck was traveling west when it collided with the eastbound car, Seeber said. The driver of the truck may have crossed into oncoming traffic, he said.

Deputies say 20-year-old Christopher Cole was driving a U-Haul pick-up truck westbound on West Genesee Road when his truck crossed over into the eastbound lane when it collided with another vehicle operated by 77-year-old Charles Hudson.
