Police in Charlotte say a school bus and a CATS bus were involved in a collision Friday morning.
The incident was reported at 6:04 a.m. at 4th Street and Grandin Road, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Police say the school bus was traveling down Grandin Road and the CATS bus was coming down 4th Street when the collided.
No students were on the school bus.
A few passengers from the CATS bus were transported to an area hospital as a precaution, police say.
The buses were towed from the scene.
