Arrest made in hit-and-run that killed bicyclist

The crash happened on Barry Oak Road -- between Longview and Barnhill roads. Troopers said someone hit 53-year-old Kyle Eller, III after 5 p.m. Monday afternoon on a sharp curve.

Troopers say 53-year-old Kyle Clifton Eller, of Statesville, died from his injuries. Eller was hit on Barnhill Road near Barry Oak Road. Harkey did not stop. Bond was set at $75,000.
