72-year-old Greensboro pedestrian struck by vehicle, killed; driver was intoxicated, police say

Police said Gwynne Macdonald Furches, of 1405 Alderman Road, drove off the right side of the road and struck Coppedge and a utility pole. Coppedge died at the scene.
