Eugene Fleming, 91, Geraldine Fleming, 89, and Charles Garris Jr. 53, killed in collision on N.C. 102 near Ayden, North Carolina

Garris's vehicle had been parked on the shoulder and he was walking along the side of the road when Eugene Fleming sideswiped him and his vehicle, Highway Patrol said.
