A Moyock man died Thursday evening after being hit by a vehicle while biking.

Michael Anthony Reese was bicycling on NC 168 when he was hit by a car. Reese was wearing dark clothing, had no reflectors or lights, and no helmet. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No alcohol or drugs were involved in the crash.
