Speed a factor in fatal Moore County wreck
Garry Hart Hailey, 53, of Woodland Way in Pinebluff, died at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was driving with a revoked license. Hailey's sister, Jennifer Hailey, was flown by helicopter to a hospital.

Investigators believe a man killed in a single vehicle wreck Sunday afternoon was driving in excess of 75 mph when he crashed on U.S. Highway 1 outside Pinebluff. The wreck happened when the vehicle over-corrected and struck trees on the opposite side of the road.
