Police: Man steals two cars, crashes both

Fletcher's bond hearing will take place in Clermont County Municipal Court at 10 a.m. Fletcher faces charges of robbery, resisting arrest and possibly additional charges, police say.

Fletcher is detained in the Clermont Co. Jail. He is being held on a $750,000 bond.
Zebulon Fletcher allegedly stole a vehicle from Colerain Township and then crashed it at S.R. 756 at Fruit Ridge. Then he stole a car from a 73-year-old woman, drove the vehicle a few hundred feet and crashed it as well, this time into two other vehicles. Two people were injured and the stolen car was rendered inoperable. Fletcher then allegedly attempted to carjack a third vehicle, but bystanders fought him and were able to detain him until police arrived and arrested him. The accident is still under investigation.
