David was being sought by authorities for criminally trespassing on his ex-girlfriend’s property.
A Middletown man was killed when his vehicle went off the side of Ohio 63 and crashed into a tree. Tommy Christopher David, 44, was driving west when he lost control of a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus he was operating on Ohio 63 just east of Heritage Green Drive. David’s vehicle went off the right side of the road and down a hill, and then hit a fence and then a tree. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The initial investigation indicates speed was a contributing factor in the crash. It was later determined that the crash happened in connection with a police pursuit.

I personally know tommy and his family and its a shame how they betrayed him in the news s like his family an't gone threw enough you dont know him and your just speculating my condolences go out to the david's ..may you tzke your place with god you will be missed its sad cause its the same date my mother passed on sad day
