Investigators said the SUV that Nick Moler was driving traveled off Bethel New Hope Road and slammed into a tree without even leaving a skid mark. Everyone in the vehicle was killed: Robert Moler, 83, Nick Moler, 33, and Cameron Moler, 10.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol on Tuesday said an analysis of the computer that controls the car's airbags showed 33-year-old Nicholas Moler never pressed the brake pedal before the crash roughly 40 miles (64 kilometers) southeast of Cincinnati in Brown County.
