OSP said an investigation revealed a 16-year-old driver was traveling south when they tried to pass a minivan, striking it from behind before hitting two other cars that were driving north.
Teen driver accused of killing young mother, baby to be tried as an adult
The case was bound over to adult court and Ramsden was indicted on 10 counts, including four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, two counts of endangering children, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana.
