Cincinnati police and fire officials responded about 11:50 a.m. to the crash near the intersection of Columbia Parkway, Torrence Parkway and William Howard Taft Road.

Moore's vehicle struck a Ford Focus driven by Erin Kendall, who was traveling eastbound. Kendall's vehicle then struck a van operated by Douglas Johnson, investigators said.
Moore, 36, was extricated from his vehicle and was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
