Dorlin Breedlove, 56, seriously injured, taken to hospital, after the Circle K he was shopping in was crashed by a vehicle driven by Robert DiFiore, who was charged with OVI.

A driver who police said was under the influence lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a gas station with people inside in Hamilton.

Police were sent to the 2100 block of Pleasant Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

The man hit in the crash has been identified as Dorlin Breedlove, 56, of Hamilton.

Dorlin was on his way home and went to the Circle K to pick up cigarettes when he was hit.

Dorlin was taken to a hospital in Kettering.

John Breedlove said there are no broken bones, no internal bleeding and it's a miracle his brother is alive.

Robert DiFiore was charged with OVI and aggravated vehicular assault. He was ordered held on $15,000 bond on Thursday.
