A Butler County man is facing several charges after a weekend hit-and-run incident that left a woman dead.
The Butler County Sheriff's Office said the body of Rebekah Jo Shaw, 41, was found just off the road in the 5700 block of Cincinnati-Dayton Road just after midnight Saturday morning.
Investigators determined that the driver of a particular 1999 Chevy Silverado was involved and were able to identify him.
Thomas Recker, Jr., 55, of Liberty Township, has been charged with OVI, leaving the scene and aggravated vehicular homicide in connection with the incident.
No other details about the incident have been released.
