The crash remains under investigation by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office S.T.A.R.T. (Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team) Unit and the Butler County Coroner’s Office.

Ross Hanover and Columbus roads were shut down into early Thursday hours, Butler County officials said.

24-year-old man killed in Butler Co. crash

A 24-year-old man is dead after a crash in Hanover Township on Wednesday night, officials said.
Kendrick was driving east on Ross-Hanover road just before 9:00pm when he suddenly lost control and swerved over the center line and off the left side of the roadway. There he collided with a telephone pole and guardrail before being ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene; he was not wearing a seat belt. Investigators currently believe that high-speeds are to blame for the accident. Check back for updates.
