According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, 32-year-old Richard L. Lynch, of Cleveland, was pronounced dead at the scene.

32-year-old Richard L. Lynch, of Cleveland, was pronounced dead at the scene after he lost control of his vehicle while traveling southbound on Eddy Road turning onto Arlington Avenue. After sideswiping another car, the vehicle struck three poles before Lynch was ejected 100 feet. The crash is still under investigation.
