Man killed walking on US Route 20 in Lake County
West was transported to Tri-Point Medical Center where he died. Troopers say they believe West had been drinking.

Bobby Dean West Jr., of Dayton, was walking in the right eastbound lane of U.S. Route 20, just west of Narrow Road, shortly before midnight, when an oncoming vehicle driven by Robert M. Storozum, 49, hit him. West Jr. may have been under the influence of alcohol.
