Missouri man killed in tractor-trailer crash on I-71
Terry Allen of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was driving on I-71 about 3:15 a.m. just south of Harrisburg-Georgesville Road when his his semi overturned in the northbound lane. Another tractor-trailer, driven by Tennessee resident Al Amburn, was unable to stop and collided with Allen’s vehicle.
