Brown and Queen were outside of their vehicles when a Dodge Ram pickup, driven by Jessie C. Blair, 31, of Circleville, struck the rear of Queen's Chevrolet causing it to strike Queen. Queen was knocked off of the overpass and landed below in a grassy area.
