According to Columbus police officers responded to the area of Summit Street and East 15th Avenue just after 2:15 a.m. on the report of an accident involving two vehicles.
Police investigate after OSU student killed following a wrong-way crash near campus
Police said Alex Linard, 23, was on his way to his Summit Street apartment after work about 2:00 a.m. That was when his Honda Civic was struck by a 22-year old wrong -way driver who was going east on 15th avenue.
