Two teens killed, one critically injured after crash in Delaware County

Officials said 16-year-old Jacob Richardson, of Delaware, was driving a 2006 Jeep Wrangler southbound on SR-257 when it went left of center, drove off the left side of the road, struck a guardrail, utility pole, and tree before overturning and stopping in an embankment.
