Terry E. Turner, 44, was travelling southbound on US 68 in Rushcreek Township around 8:30 am when his 2012 silver Ford Focus crossed the centerline and collided head-on into a 1996 red Peterbilt tractor trailer heading northbound driven by 30-year-old Justin M. Samples, officials said.
