Tonya S. Demorest, 40, dies from injuries from a single-vehicle crash into tree on West Third Street in Dayton.

A 40-year-old woman has died from injuries she sustained as a passenger in a vehicle that crossed the center line and crashed into a tree. The driver, an adult male whose identity was not immediately available, was taken to jail on charges unrelated to the crash.
