“At this point, other than both vehicles struck inside the intersection or near the intersection is all we know at this time,” said Sgt. David Garlow of the Huber Heights Police Department.

The woman who died has been identified as Hazel Fraley, 82,of Kettering. Her cause of death is natural and she did not die as a result of the crash, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
