Thursday morning, the car was on its top in a creek bed which was nearly filled with water.
The coroner was called to the scene, as there is at least one fatality. Officials on scene told 2 NEWS that it is unclear how many people are inside the vehicle, as it sustained heavy damage.

Maj. Chris Clark of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said deputies searched the area overnight, but were unable to find the car because it was dark.

Troopers said Standifer was driving south on Funderburg when he lost control and went left of center and drove off the right side of the road, hitting rocks and trees, the flipping into a shallow creek.
