Driver killed in Sylvania Twp. wrong-way crash
We're told she was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash and alcohol does not appear to be a factor.

A fatal accident occurred Sunday night on US-23 southbound in Sylvania Township when Judith Quinn, 73, of Toledo, was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of US-23. She drove off the side of the roadway, colliding with a concrete barricade.Quinn was transported to the hospital, where she later died. Authorities are investigating why Quinn was going the wrong way.
