Ohio State Police say the accident happened when the driver,17-year-old Jenna Halonen, tried to switch seats with passenger Lilley Kastamo while driving. Jenna Halonen is also in critical condition in Toledo, Ohio.
The Rossford Police Department in Ohio says the crash happened on northbound Interstate 75 by Buck Road, which is about 5 miles south of Toledo.

At 1:11 a.m. Tuesday, the teens were in a 2003 Chevrolet Express van on I-75 just south of Toledo returning home from Cedar Point. The driver, Jenna Halonen, attempted to switch seats with Lilley Kastamo, police said.
