Police name suspect in fatal hit and run
Police are now looking for 26 year-old Alex Bays, who they believe was behind the wheel.

"Witnesses in the area saw the accident, stated that they knew who owned the truck. We followed up, we were able to contact the driver of the vehicle, brought him back to scene and eventually downtown," said Lt. Joe Heffernan, Toledo Police Department.
