Two die after Oklahoma vehicle accidents

Two people died during the weekend after two separate vehicle accidents, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Taylor Reed, 21, of Wewoka, was a passenger on an ATV being driven by an 11-year-old. The ATV was traveling east on East Billy Creek Road near Muse in LeFlore county about 10:35 a.m. Sunday. The driver looked to the rear to check on another vehicle and the vehicle went off the road into a ditch, striking a tree. Both Reed and the driver were transported to a nearby hospital. The driver was treated and released and Reed was pronounced dead.
