A woman died Friday as the result of a Dec. 12 crash in Sequoyah County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Muldrow Woman Dies From Injuries Sustained From Wreck Last Week

Howard was later transferred to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville where on Friday she died from her injuries from the accident at 10:22 a.m., the report states.
At about 7:44am, Howard was driving on U.S. 64 when she attempted to change lanes, but instead lost control of the vehicle and crossed into the opposite lanes, striking a semi-truck in the process. A piece of debris from the crash then struck another vehicle that was behind Howard, though the driver of that vehicle was uninjured. Howard sustained critical injuries in the crash, and Vandusseldorp was injured but is now in good condition.
