Failure to stop at a stop sign was the cause of the collision, according to the OHP report.
“Vehicle-2 (Valles) was traveling westbound on Waterloo Road. Vehicle-2 failed to yield at the stop sign to oncoming traffic. Vehicle-2 struck Vehicle-1,” Hayes stated.
