Lexington, Oklahoma, man dies Sunday in head-on collision
A head-on collision in Lexington resulted in the death of an 80-year-old man, the Cleveland County sheriff’s office reported Monday.
At about 10:15 a.m., 80-year-old Ellis Risenhoover was driving west on Banner Road when an eastbound pickup truck driven by Travis Bentley, 49, veered into the westbound lane and collided with his vehicle head-on. The collision left Ellis dead at the scene, while his wife Imogene Risenhoover, 76, was hospitalized with serious injuries. Bentley sustained only minor injuries.
