Highways in Bryan County shut down after fatal wreck, acid spill

Troopers are assisting the Caddo Police Department after the wreck, which involved a tractor-trailer transporting sulfuric acid and happened about 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Randy Lewis Perkins of Sapulpa died in Wednesday's crash along U.S. Highway 69 at Caddo in Bryan County.

I witnessed the accident, was directly behind the semi truck.  My condolences to his family  

 

 

 

I am a family member and we are in shock. We do not understand what happened. Anything that you can tell us about the accident would be greatly appreciated.

i am so sorry for your loss. It appeared the truck just ran off the road to his right. 

There was a lady that was in the left lane she the accident started. She stated that she had been following in for several miles. Didn't mention anything bad or wrong. I am sorry, wish I had more information
