Dallas woman dies in Oklahoma accident

Richard French was released from an area hospital, and Johnson remained in the hospital Friday evening.
Stephanie Johnson, 60, of Tulsa, was driving west on U.S. 70 in Swink when she was distracted by her attempt to pick up a piece of paper that fell to the floor. Her vehicle entered the eastbound lane. Richard French, 61, of Dallas, who was driving in the eastbound lane, tried to avoid Johnson’s vehicle by swerving, but the vehicles collided. Janet French, 58, who was a passenger in French’s vehicle, was trapped in the vehicle for about 30 minutes. She was transported to a Texas hospital, where she later died from her injuries.

So sorry to hear about this..prayers for the French family...were there any charges filed against the Tulsa woman, does anybody know?
