Seat belts were not in use in the SUV Immy drove, but were in use by those in the other two vehicles, the patrol reported.

Woman Dies in Three Car Collision

Two children, a 9 year old and a 2 year old, were in Immy's vehicle. One was treated and released, the other is at St. Francis Tulsa and is stable condition.
Markarita Immy, 44, was pronounced deceased at the site of a collision that occurred about 8:35 p.m. on State Highway 266. Immy was driving with two passengers in an SUV. One passenger was transported to a Tulsa hospital and the other was uninjured. The crash occurred when Immy’s SUV collided with a pickup driven by Toby Willis, 38, of Claremore. Willis and passenger Robyn Willis, 37, also of Claremore, were uninjured. One occupant in the pickup suffered an arm injury. Robert Heidlage, 54, of Tulsa, the driver of another SUV hit by Immy’s vehicle, was treated at a Tulsa hospital and released. Authorities reported Immy was traveling west on State Highway 266 when she hit the eastbound pickup driven by Willis and then hit the eastbound SUV driven by Heidlage head-on.
