Giles Chism Vaughan, Jr., 48, killed in crash with semi truck on Highway 169 near Talala, Oklahoma

Trooper Dwight Durant said the Vaughan was southbound and according to witnesses crossed the center line and the northbound lane. Durant said the driver of the semi swerved onto the shoulder to try to avoid a collision and the truck collided with the rear wheels of the semi's trailer.
